With each Inspirational Living experience, Dr. Arellano, in collaborative partnership with you, provides support, guidance and powerful tools to help you as you master the art of living. In this partnership, she teaches you how: (1) to heal and free yourself from the limiting and negative beliefs rooted in past experiences; (2) to shift your attention to what is TRUTH and what is important; (3) to learn to push the distracting elements in your life to the background and to bring forward what is of value to you; and (4) to create a life that accurately reflects who you truly are and what you value most. In her work with you, Dr. Arellano provides an ideal balance of safety for exploration and results-oriented structure for success. She has a natural ability to hold a safe place for you to heal and transform you and your life into something even greater than you can imagine. And, at the same time, she provides the structure necessary to ensure success. With each experience, Dr. Arellano provides necessary structure to help you: to articulate specific, measurable, and attainable goals to identify and overcome obstacles that have hindered you in achieving your goals to create strategies, plans and structures to achieve your goals to maintain confidence and motivation by monitoring and validating progress and holding you accountable
One-on-One Coaching
Each Inspirational Living experience is "tailor-made" just for you. Each journey is as unique as the individual taking it. Dr. Arellano appreciates that each of you is unique in regard to who you are, what you value most, and what is required to get you from where you are to where you most want to be. Dr. Arellano recognizes that action is necessary to manifest your goals; yet, she also appreciates the fact that so many of you become stuck in "old stuff" that prevents you from moving forward. Dr. Arellano is in a unique position to address the full spectrum of life's challenges -- past, present, and future. She can provide restorative psychotherapeutic techniques to help you work through traumas, blocks, or negative life events that are holding you back. She can provide valuable life coaching techniques that help you to define and attain goals. And she can provide powerful spiritual principles that can help you stay grounded and centered on your personal journey. Call or email Dr. Arellano to talk about exactly what you need to propel your life forward. Dr. Arellano charges by the hour for her one-on-one coaching services. One-on-One coaching can be provided through email, phone or in-person visits. Dr. Arellano's hourly rate is $150. She accepts cash, check, VISA, or MasterCard for payment. Dr. Arellano also holds retainer for those who prefer to do so. Payment is required at time of service. Life coaching sessions are generally not a covered benefit of major health insurance companies. In the event that Dr. Arellano is providing psychotherapeutic services in her work with you; you may be able to receive reimbursement from your insurance company. Most insurance companies will not provide reimbursement for psychotherapy services that are not rendered during a face-to-face office visit. Dr. Arellano does not accept health insurance reimbursement for services rendered; however, she will provide statements to you so that you may submit them to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Small Coaching Groups
Dr. Arellano also offers a three month small group coaching program called Passionate, Powerful, Efficient and Peaceful Living (PPEP), that focuses on helping individuals achieve what they want most out of their lives—peace, passion and happiness. This three month program is designed to introduce you to proven life strategies and powerful principles for creating a life you have only dreamed of. This program provides you with the support, guidance, structure and accountability needed for your success. Some of the benefits you will receive by participating in this program are: Gaining clarity about what it means for you to live a passionate, powerful, efficient and peaceful life by completing a detailed pre-program questionnaire Creating a vision of a passionate, powerful, efficient and peaceful life for yourself Identifying measurable objectives and developing a concise action plan for manifesting a passionate, powerful, efficient and peaceful life Learning the ways in which you “get in your own way” when trying to create a passionate, powerful, efficient and peaceful life Learning how to use proven life strategies and powerful principles for creating a passionate, powerful, efficient and peaceful life Learning new concepts during the first meeting of the month and expanding upon these concepts in the second meeting to accelerate and expand your progress Gaining momentum in creating a passionate, powerful, efficient life by sharing insights, progress, breakthroughs, and ideas with group participants in weekly, written coaching reports and bi-monthly group meetings Receiving weekly written coaching feedback and monthly, one—on—one, in person, coaching Being held accountable for your vision and objectives through group participation, weekly written coaching reports and one—on—one, in—person coaching Completing the program with learning “take with you” strategies to maintain personal momentum of growth and transformation beyond the program
Enrollment in this program is selective. For each PEPP program, Dr. Arellano chooses seven individuals who are highly committed to self-growth and transformation, who are open to being coached, and who possess an unrelenting desire to live powerfully. If you are interested in participating in the PEPP program, contact Dr. Arellano to determine whether you are an ideal candidate for this amazingly powerful and life-changing program. The cost of the program is $1,000. You can reserve your spot with a $500 non-refundable deposit and pay the remaining balance over the course of the program in 2 equal installments of $250. This is, without question, a very powerful and life transforming program. Its value far exceeds its fee.
Small Group Coaching Presentations
Dr. Arellano provides small group presentations for employee, staff or client groups for small businesses. As with her one—on—one, and small group coaching, Dr. Arellano’s intention in providing life coaching presentations to small businesses is to encourage, guide, and support individuals in living powerful and meaningful lives that bring them peace and happiness. Fees for small group presentations are commensurate with group size and duration of presentation.
